Follow this quick guide to pair your first Albumzo TV and start a family slideshow.
Steps
- Open the Albumzo TV app and note the 6-digit pairing code.
- Sign in to the client portal and open TV devices.
- Tap "Pair TV", enter the code, then confirm the room/profile name.
- Choose slideshow defaults (favorites-only, shuffle, transition speed).
- Start playback from your dashboard or TV remote.

TV is online but photos do not load
Check the selected album in the portal and verify your account still has TV playback access.

Revoke the old device in TV devices, then pair the new TV with a fresh code.
